I wonder how the NY Times or Washington Post will frame this. 

John Brennan and the CIA. The man Obama (Hope <Change you can Believe in>) wanted for his head of the CIA, only to be
rebuffed by his own advisors who were shocked that a man who had worked with the CIA under Bush Jr. and was generally associated with such terms as 'extraordinary rendition', 'waterboarding'  would now be brought in to President Obama's newly forming government. 
The Directory of National Intelligence that Bush Jr. had created to protect America from terrorists, by overseeing all the 'Intelligence Agencies'. Overseeing the cover-up of 911. Justice accomplished Bin Laden is dead. Nothing too see here people keep moving.. 3,000 innocent civilians, Americans, perish on September 11, 2000. Bush's commission 'established on November 27, 2002 (442 days after the attack) and their final report was issued on July 22, 2004.' Nothing to see here people keep on moving.

Seventeen years out from the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, nearly 10,000 first responders and others who were in the World Trade Center area have been diagnosed with cancer. More than 2,000 deaths have been attributed to 9/11 illnesses. It will get worse. By the end of 2018, many expect that more people will have died from their toxic exposure from 9/11 than were killed on that terrible day. “We’re nervous,” said Michael Crane, MD, MPH, director of the World Trade Center Health Program Clinical Center of Excellence at The Mount Sinai Hospital. The average age of a 9/11 first responder is now about 55. While many people face a cancer diagnosis as they age, the rate of some cancers among first responders is up to 30 percent higher than in the general population, Dr. Crane said.

  And add the countless, pointless deaths in Afghanistan or in Iraq as a result of the 'war on terror'.

A man considered 'progressive' with no experience in the intelligence community to run the CIA. Who does he find on his first day at work with a desk next to his own but John Brennan to help guide him through the process of running the worlds largest Spy operation....

Caucus Volunteers Say Nevada Democratic Party Asked Them to Sign Privacy Agreements

The Nevada Democratic Party has asked at least some volunteers in Saturday's caucuses to sign non-disclosure agreements that could prevent them from speaking openly about the process, two volunteers said.

One volunteer said that he quit on Friday after state party representatives told him he had to sign the agreement in order to work as a site leader.

The volunteer, Seth Morrison, said he respected that some information, like identifying information about voters, should be kept confidential, but that he felt the language in the agreement was overly broad.

“They told me that if I don’t sign it, I can’t be a site lead,” he said, adding that he had asked if they could work out another option, such as an agreement with different language. “I was disappointed. I want this process to work.”

A spokeswoman for the state party contradicted that account, saying that non-disclosure agreements aren’t required for volunteers. The spokeswoman, Molly Forgey, added that it is standard practice to ask volunteers who handle sensitive internal information to sign such agreements. The state party also used such agreements during the 2018 election cycle, she said.

Another volunteer in the Las Vegas area said that he was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement because he volunteered to help count early voting ballots. The volunteer said he thought it was “reasonable” because he was dealing with ballots.

One of the non-disclosure agreements, which is four pages long, appeared to cover not only being a caucus volunteer but also other efforts such as answering phones on behalf of the party, according to a copy reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.

One part of the four-page agreement reads, “I will take all measures necessary to protect the secrecy of, and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of, Confidential Information of the NSDP."

The agreement also included instructions to not speak to reporters.

“With the attention focused on Nevada politics, it is possible that I will encounter reporters while working for or volunteering in an official capacity for the NSDP. If I am contacted by a reporter, I must immediately refer him or her to the Communications Director or Executive Director at the Las Vegas headquarters."

It continued: "THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS."

   Suppose that by deregulating all the controls of our hard working government to regulate corporations in their dirty work, making products that we supposedly have no choice but to buy. What if this form of brutal, disgraceful, blind uncaring etc .... Trumpian blindness and malice is the only possible medicine for this Planet?

   What if the only answer possible is the people living our lives if they were ... our lives were suddenly the last resort of of healing the Earth. Would we decide to stop buying their products?
If you knew for instance that gasoline and or jet fuel or bunker fuel #1 powering the big boats bringing us cool stuff from far away places... was not good. Just speculating... if we knew that it was not good for us. Not good for our children. If we knew that we are about a year or two (a tear or two away) from some Ecological collapse that might impact your children. (putting it very diplomatically)That our collective denial that we are not to blame is the only reason we have got ourselves in this Jam. Fuggedabout it!

   As a friend of mine told me today at The Good Earth, "I would dig Coal if that was the only way to survive." This remark probably was a result of my acknowledging I still work at the Safeway/Andronicos's in San Anselmo.

   What I want to ask my 672 Facebook friends, and I have a hard time even visiting that 'platform' these days but I still do. What I would like to ask the world is .....

  "What would you do to transform the world?"

   What would you do to ... forget about surviving, (the truth is the sweet fellow looked like a lot of my Marin County friends. Almost at death's door.. I exaggerate.. but freakin' old!

   "What would you do to turn the world inside out?"

    DOGGONE IT! Couldn't we have one day ..... cut our energy consumption one day 1/7th one Sunday for music in the parks, for walking to church, for walking in your town, to discovering who your neighbors are, for resisting our Fn' urge to always be somewhere else, With a little carbon burning assist. Maybe seeing this Planet is our Church or just seeing it ... Period.

    What kind of world do we give to your children if someone else is always to blame?
What have you taught them? What would happen if we supported Local with our Hearts and Minds and Walking Bodies even before The Planet sends us a disaster of a magnitude we can't comprehend.

   PS 93 Million Barrels a day has nothing to do with Trump, that is us! The figures are from 2015.

   What if that one day .... say Sunday for instance, we didn't know what we would be finding, that Sundays are for Horses but maybe we meet people with that same open minded .... open to a little of that  'Divine Providence' that was once upon a time called on a bit more often. If that one day when we give it up and stay local to our homes, where our feet or Green Trails can take us, we meet people of some shared perspective... what could we build together locally?

   I've given notice at Safeway/Andronico's I don't know how long I will survive without digging coal. I want an Independent Local Market and I would like to liberate the store at 100 Center Boulevard from the clutches of the 1%.

   Maybe it's hopeless, maybe we do the right thing anyways. One day at a time.

Now how hatred and fear build 'the other'. What does 'Love Wins' really mean? A little inside joke of the 'Good' People?

   Did Franklin's hard work (hah!) with his beaver skin hat the toast of Paris, finally getting the loan from the French King .. over 2 Million dollars.... while abject poverty and oppression for the French people... .......  ?? The Rights of Man? How about the Rights of Trees?

Help me release my anger gently and refrain from making things any worse for our beautiful
lost, blinded by political hatred country.

A commentator says Trump will be serving up 'Red Meat' or something like that....

I guess I should read those comments before I say anything more...

I might listen to the Presidents full speech. I went to the beginning and began but I got to
the part where Nancy Pelosi quickly reaches out her left hand as if to offer to shake President Trumps hand this almost at the same time as receiving a copy of the speech with her left. The timing is off, she is late in the offer, he probably saw but he is already turning,  ignoring the offer. Nancy gives a little smile and a shrug what is she trying to convey? You see I tried ... he is so bad...

 Then the part that stops me in my tracks ..... 'Ladies and Gentleman of Congress The President of the United States'.... I almost want to cry for my Country.

  Damn Nancy! Damn! What a fiasco of Cowardice is the whole Democratic Party. So sad.
 For two years you foisted the Russia Collusion story which was the Democratic Party and FBI
 Collusion and then this shamble of an impeachment to grind our country through more Hell. Was he
  so mean did he talk so disrespectfully that you had to find any way possible to remove him
before he was elected again. I don't know how I could bring myself to possible shake Pelosi's hand. The day before the Impeachment vote, that you dragged the duly elected by the American People as their President Donald Bleeping Trump! Through the deepest mud you could manufacture all because you claimed he was dragging our country through the deepest mud you thought as the media claimed... as Peter Sztrok claimed 'We'll stop him.' to his fellow FBI lover.... as Comey perhaps responsible for Trump's victory, struggled to 'Stop him' but it all backfired.

   The President of the United States, could you have given him just the slightest respect in his first three years. Just a touch on behalf of the 63 Million who did vote for him.... ?

   Comey escapes Federal Charges .....

    Imagine a USA up ahead where we have put 'the fears' behind us and are united (more or less) on throwing off the yoke of Corporate tyranny by asserting our Independence not only from the rule of 'they' but to get us through this toxic civilization We have built. Peace out.
